Leakage issues:

Bending rubber part:

1.Oral pads were not used during the operation - the patient bit insertion tube and rubbe

2. poor maintenance - bending rubber sleeve aging, broken and delicate

3. The endoscope was cleaned with sharp tools and accessories - bending part was scratched

4.Knock the tip - bending part is broken

Biopsy channel part:

1. the use of unsuitable treatment accessories - biopsy channel part damaged

2. Use an old cleaning brush - biopsy channel part broken

3. incorrect use of treatment accessories - biopsy channel part is inserted

4.When the insertion meets resistance, the treatment attachment is forced through - biopsy channel part is inserted

Daily maintenance:

1. Be careful when operating the endoscope

2. The cleaning and disinfection procedure of endoscope must be correct

3. promote high-quality maintenance

4. the endoscope must pass the water leakage detection before cleaning

5. Before inserting the endoscope into the light source, it must be confirmed that the head of the light guide rod is thoroughly dry

6. Keep the light source socket dry

7. Avoid endoscope collision

8. Before using the endoscope, check whether the dimming function is normal
